Quit Smoking Today Review

As you know quitting smoking is one of the challenging things you will ever do. I know this as I was in the same boat as you. I was smoking around a pack/day and let’s just say, I wasn’t healthy. I took the kids to the national park one sunny afternoon to have a football and after a pair of minutes I can't breathe. I realized something had to change in my life, not only to my health, but also my kids to get healthier. I understand that I had to quit smoking!

I tried patches and gum but that just didn’t work as I still want to smoke and ended up just going to the store and throwing the medication in the trash.
